The amount you pay for your course depends on whether you’re offered
Government Subsidy
The fees vary and are based on a number of different factors such as nominal study hours, qualification level and course type. The student fees as published are subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment. You will receive a statement of fees once your application for enrolment has been processed.
The fees stated in the Statement of Fees section will remain constant for the calendar year of your enrolment.
Skills First Program
The Skills First program is a Victorian Government initiative designed to assist eligible students with their tuition fees.
If you are eligible for government funding (with and without a valid concession card), your fees are

Eligible students are entitled to two government-subsidised course enrolments per year
Asylum Seekers eligible for government subsidies are NOT required to pay any enrolment fees.

New Futures Training no longer offers courses under the VET student loan (VSL) program. No new students will be approved for that program.

| In the unlikely event that New Futures Training is unable to deliver your course in full | The student will be offered a refund of course, monies paid in relation to any training not delivered. If a student cancels due to extenuating personal circumstances, they can contact New Futures Training for consideration on a case-by-case basis.

Lost Certificates
Certificates can be reprinted for the costs given below:
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer
The RPL process attracts a $120 non-refundable application fee and $200.00 per assessed unit.
There is no cost for a credit transfer, provided original or certified copies are provided.
"Prior to the commencement of training, the Training Provider must supply each Eligible Individual with a Statement of Fees. The Statement of Fees must provide Eligible Individuals with a quote for the total cost to them, for their course of study/enrolment, taking into account their current circumstances (including any eligibility for concession).”
