TRAINER - EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND CARE


Aditi migrated from India in 2004 with her family. Aditi is a former student of New Futures Training and after years of working in the sector, she moved into the role of trainer. Aditi loves her job and wishes for all her students to grow and thrive personally and professionally.

Asra ShahKhan

TRAINER - EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND CARE 

 
Originally from India, Asra migrated to Australia in 1983. She has been a trainer with New Future Training since 2003! Over the years, Asra has worked with students from all over the world and with varying levels of English language skills. She is inspired by the transformation she sees in her students during the course, their resilience and willingness to grow and learn.

Bella Furnari

Bella’s career in the Early Childhood sector began over 30 years ago. She has worked in centers, local government and as a trainer. She is dedicated to Social Justice, Equity and the Inclusion of all people. Bella is a passionate advocate for children’s rights and reconciliation of our First Nations people.

Catherine Rivas

Originally from the Philippines, Catherine moved to Australia 10 years ago. After completing her Bachelor's degree in Biology and Nursing, she transitioned into Aged Care. She is passionate about caring for people and training others to do the same.

Originally from Iran, Elham has been a trainer here for more than 10 years. She believes Early Childhood Education and Care to be an important part of our future, as our nation rests on the capacity, confidence, resilience and self-esteem of our youngest Australians.

A lifelong resident of the western suburbs, Jane has been a trainer and assessor for 3 years. Previously she had a long career working in the health and aged care sector. Jane focuses on supporting students to develop their skills in providing support, empowering people, communication and work health and safety.

Jessica has spent more than 25 years in the Pre School and Early Childhood Education sector. After many years in the industry, she wanted to share her knowledge and has been working as a Trainer with us since 2019. Jessica is originally from Malaysia and been living in Melbourne since 2009.

Joylyn Simpao

Joy was born and raised in the Philippines. She has worked in the Early Childhood industry in different roles and has been working as a Trainer and Placement Coordinator with us since 2015. Joy believes the welfare of young children is of utmost importance and building secure relationships with them lays the foundation of trusting relationships with them and their families.

Karen was raised in Australia by her Italian and Filipino parents. After a decade of volunteer work at Wesley Mission, Karen transitioned into the Aged Care sector. She is on a mission to make a positive impact in the lives of the elderly in our community..

Kiran is from India and has lived in Australia for 17 years now. Teaching and working with children are a joy for her! She believes that children are capable and competent, have absorbent minds that learn best through play and exploring. Her aim as a Trainer is to spark curiosity in the minds of her students.

Leizl Michael

Leizl immigrated from the Philippines to enhance her medical knowledge and gain experience working in hospitals here in Australia. She is a strong advocate for the rights of the elderly, ensuring they are provided quality and loving care that is of the highest standard. Leizl gets great joy in her role as a trainer, guiding her students in the best way she can whilst providing hands-on experience that will enable them to be job-ready.

Marwinn migrated to Australia from the Philippines in 2012. Working in with the elderly in the Aged Care sector taught her sharing empathy and love can improve lives. Her training teaches the skills and compassion needed to make students the best caregivers they can be.

Stella’s parents are from India and she has traveled the world living in Malaysia, Brunei, India and Singapore. She has worked in the Health Service sector for over 10 years. Her aim as a trainer is to pass on her knowledge and give individual student support based on their needs.

Tianying Wan

Originally from China, Tian lived in Ireland for 10 yrs and moved to Australia to complete her Master's degree. Tian is a highly motivated, analytical problem solver with a track record in handling extensive client networks as well as working experience as a Nursing Assistant. Tian would love to see that all her students have a chance to work in the industry she loves!
