The purpose of this Child Safety Claims and Reporting Procedure is to provide clear guidance on VICSEG New Futures’ dealing with different types of complaints, reporting procedure for alleged, suspected or observed breaches of the Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy, Child Safety Code of Conduct and any other related Procedures.
