Follow Basic Food Safety Practices

This course gives you the skills and knowledge required to comply with personal hygiene, maintain food safety, contribute to the cleanliness of food handling areas and dispose of food.

Students will be required to complete a workbook and demonstrate practical skills.

On successful completion of the course, students will receive a Statement of Attainment, which is valid for 5 years.

Entry Requirements

No formal requirements, however students should have sufficient language and literacy skills to participate. Recommended minimum ACSF level 3.
