World Mental Health Day 2021

1 MIN READ / October 08, 2021

Today is World Mental Health Day and this year’s theme is ‘Mental Health in an Unequal World’.

As Victoria has now been in the longest lockdown in the world, anxiety, depression and other mental health issues and illnesses have been rising and continue to do so.

We want to recognise and acknowledge that not everyone across our communities has access to mental health support. So, we’ve put this little resource together to be shared amongst yourselves.

If you or anyone you know needs help, please reach out to one of these organisations.
