Frances's Reflection in Lockdown

1 MIN READ / October 12, 2021

I used to work in the Braybrook office before the pandemic, so a lot of the differences with my work are due to both the lockdown as well as moving location to our Coburg office. Getting to know all the staff here has been lovely :). Coburg is livelier and I really enjoy being around such kind hardworking people. Before COVID we weren't using Teams and its been something that's helped a lot, it made it much easier to contact everyone.

Also many of our processes have improved a lot, and we have such wonderful new staff

I feel like I've improved with working overall, I can now work very fast at reception, and have no trouble keeping up on busy days This is nice for me as I feel more confident handling everything and that makes me quite happy:)

Its simply just nice to see everyone! My job doesnt change too much under all these circumstances, I am still doing the same thing. Hello, Vicseg New Futures this is Frances speaking! :)

Like everyone else, there's people I miss dearly that I haven’t seen for a long time, as we cant travel.

Once this is over, I will straight fly home to Vietnam and see my family! I miss them all dearly and know they are waiting for me. Since I've been away, they've all moved into the same street together, so my Grandparents, Aunt, Uncle and Cousins all live in the same street, and have built beautiful new homes. I cannot imagine anything better than to spend time with them all.
