VICSEG New Futures was delighted to receive a glowing annual Victorian Student Satisfaction Survey from the Victorian Skills Authority this week!

Each year, the Authority conducts a survey of students enrolled in courses with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) across Victoria. New Futures Training (NFT) is the RTO arm of VICSEG New Futures.

837 students from New Futures Training completed the survey this year, which gathers data on student experiences relating to various touchpoints on their training journey – from initial contact to graduation and beyond.

New Futures Training exceled in all measures of student satisfaction and outcomes captured in the report, handsomely outperforming Victorian state averages on every front!

New Futures Training strives to provide a highly supportive experience to students at all stages of their learning adventure. This year’s report confirms that NFT has maintained its proud tradition of success. NFT students reported:

· That our enrolment process is straightforward and easy

· Very high satisfaction with our flexibility and student support

· Very high satisfaction with our training and assessment processes

· Very high satisfaction relating to their placement experiences

This outcome attests to the quality and commitment of our staff across all areas of New Futures Training, including our Intake and Enrolments team, our Student Services team, our Curriculum and Course Coordinators, our Placement team, and of course our sensational Trainers. Finally, big congratulations to our Training Manager, Surajika Da Silva!

We are tremendously proud of this year’s report which only fuels our motivation to deliver further transformative outcomes to Melbourne’s diverse communities.
