1 MIN READ / June 03, 2021

Stress and anxiety happen to everyone, but there are little things you can do to help relieve feelings of stress and anxiety, like physical exercise, deep breathing, taking breaks and more.

Stress can also cause physical feelings like,

  • Headaches
  • Difficulty sleeping
  • Irritable or angry
  • Tension in your chest

It’s important you look after yourself and find ways to think and feel better!

This video provides simple yet efficient tips on managing stress and anxiety

For more information on how to manage stress and your health take a look at the resources from our friends at Multicultural Centre for Women's Health or contact a health professional.

At VICSEG New Futures we work with partner organisations and experts from different fields to lead information sessions and provide resources to our community program participants.

Inspired by the success of some of the session topics hosted at our Connecting Women in Moreland project, we have developed a series of simple and engaging animated video resources for more women to understand our programs and to access the educational topics online.

This information brought to you on Stress Management is supported by the Multicultural Centre for Women's Health
